Where does SASHION currently ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. but are working hard on international shipping. If you love us (we love you too!) but live outside of these two counties, send us an email at [email protected] and we will try our best to assist you.
What’s the shipping cost?
For orders in Canada, shipping is $8 and FREE after $100. For US orders, it’s $10 and FREE after spending over $100 USD.
How long will my items ship after I make an order?
For ready to ship collections on our online boutique, it usually takes us 1 to 3 business days to process, pack and ship your order. For trunk show orders, please check on the Estimated Delivery Time. You will receive a notification once your order has been despatched.
How long does it take to ship my orders?
Delivery time may varies depending on regions.
Canada: 2-8 Business Days
U.S: 1- 5 Business Days
We’d like to have your packages delivered to you in the fastest and safest way possible. If you don’t receive your order after the estimated time period, please send us an email at [email protected] We are happy to help.
Do I need to pay any additional fees?
For orders in Canada, you are required to pay taxes which will be added at checkout. For U.S orders, you may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees. We’re not responsible for any of these charges. For further information on customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days to return. Please follow the Return How-to Guide:

For Seeker Club Members, we offer FREE Returns within 48 hours upon receiving your package.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, send us email at [email protected] with your order number and reasons to return, we will process your return request within 1 to 3 business days.
After 48 hours, you have 30 days to return your orders. Please follow the above Return How-to Guide.
Purchases must be returned in their original package and condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. Items below will be not accepted:
In the event a product is delivered in damaged condition a full return or exchange will be processed.
What if I receive damage or incorrect orders?
If you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] with the order confirmation number within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Our team will review the information and correct delivery errors free of charge.
